Born on May 26, 1957 as GRACE NUBONYIN TANWANI to Fritz and Lydia Yenban Tanwani in Bali Nyonga, North West Province, Cameroon
Married to Joseph Nelson Fomulu in December 1975 and became loving mother to Shella, Doris, Nelson and Kenneth over the years.
GRACE spent her life caring for women, children and the disabled, in various roles, culminating as Director General for the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities (CNRPH) - a position she retired from in 2019.
Through the years, without fail, she upheld her familial role as matriarch - loved, honored, revered and well-respected. Countless are those who call her "MUMMY," "MA," or "NA."
Most honoring of all was her role as
SERVANT OF GOD & DISCIPLE OF JESUS CHRIST
the guarantee of a blissful eternity with THE FATHER
OBITUARY
It is with great sadness that the family of
GRACE NUBONYIN FOMULU
announces her passing on
Tuesday, February 27th, 2024 at the age of 66.
GRACE will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 49 years, Nelson; 4 children, Shella, Doris, Nelson, and Kenneth; siblings, Wagua; and Helen Fadimatou; 10 grandchildren (Grace, Aria, Kyle, Alayna, Aidan, Tianna, Joseph, Orunmila, Kaion & Razion), other family members and friends.
GRACE was predeceased by her parents, Fritz and Lydia, Tanwani; and 7 siblings.
A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m., at
New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Church
2864 Sycamore Dr, Simi Valley, California 93065.
